Solar Cooking in the High Country
Two great events this month to demonstrate the power of the SUN for cooking:
* Earth Tones was a solar-powered concert on Appalachian State University's campus to celebrate Earth Day, 2017 and we baked delicious cookies!
* The Science Street at NC Gravity Games was a STEM outreach event with a wide range of science topics. Once again - it was abundant solar cooked cookies - what a beautiful way to show a way to cook with the SUN!
